黄丹丹,讲师,硕士生导师。讲授本科生的《物理化学》、《物理化学实验》、《应用化学专业英语》、《物理化学与胶体化学》、《物理化学与胶体化学实验》、《基础化学实验》等课程。主持国家级科研项目1项,参与国家级科研项目2项,参与山东省研究生教育创新计划项目1项。以一作/共同一作或通讯作者在《Plant Physiology and Biochemistry》,《Food Chemistry》,《Food Control》,《Scientia Horticulturae》等国际著名期刊上发表SCI 论文10余篇,撰写学术专著1章,授权专利1项。
